    2. Click "click here to proceed" under "South African ID Holders"
    3. On the next page, click "click here to check online" under "Application status"
    4. Enter your South African ID number (13 digits) and phone number used during application
    5. Click "submit" to view your status
  • Lodge an Appeal:
    1. Visit the SASSA SRD Appeals website
    2. Enter your South African ID number and phone number
    3. Click 'send pin' to receive a verification code
    4. Complete the appeal form with your reasons
